Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data nospoon.ai collects through this website, why, where it is kept and the rights you have.

Who we are

The controller of your data is Bartzokas Vasileios kai Sia L.P. (ΜΠΑΡΤΖΩΚΑΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε.), a Greek limited partnership trading as nospoon.ai, Grammou 71, 151 24 Marousi, Athens, Greece, GEMI number 176468903000. For anything about your data, email contact@nospoon.ai.

What we collect and why

• Inquiry forms (Design Partner, AI Adoption): your name, email, organisation, role, the workflow you describe, timing and preferred contact method. We use them to reply to your request and to discuss it with you. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and your consent.
• Job applications: the details you enter and your CV. We use them only to assess your application. We keep a CV for one year, then delete it.
• BNI Pro access: your email address, to give you access to the BNI Pro server and to contact you about it.
• Support chat: the messages you send and an anonymous visitor identifier, so we can answer you and keep the conversation together.
• Booking a meeting: the booking form is provided by Calendly, which receives the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• Site events: which product cards are viewed and when a form is started or sent, with the page and language. These records contain no name, email or IP address.

Where your data is kept

Form submissions, applications and chat messages are stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). A copy of each inquiry or application is emailed to our team through SendGrid (Twilio), under Twilio's Data Protection Addendum; transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback. The website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: 24 months after our last contact. CVs: one year. Chat messages: 12 months. Site events: 13 months.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not set cookies. The support chat stores an anonymous visitor identifier in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage so it can reopen your conversation. The BNI Pro page remembers the email you used in local storage. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@nospoon.ai. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
