nospoon.ai builds practical AI solutions for Greek SMEs. We automate workflows, develop AI agents, and implement systems that deliver measurable results.

The Role

You'll design and build AI systems using large language models. This includes prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and deploying AI agents that solve real business problems.

You'll work on client projects from day one — building AI tools that ship to production.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions
• Build RAG systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows
• Optimize prompts and model outputs for production use
• Evaluate and select appropriate models for specific use cases
• Integrate AI capabilities into client applications

We're Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and optimization
• Python proficiency
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
• English proficiency (technical communication)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fine-tuning or model training
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• n8n or workflow automation tools
• PostgreSQL / Supabase
• Experience deploying ML systems to production
