nospoon.ai builds practical AI solutions for Greek SMEs. We automate workflows, create native apps, and implement AI systems that deliver measurable results.

The Role

You'll develop native applications and client solutions with an AI-first approach. This means using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) daily in your workflow, building AI features into products, and constantly finding ways to automate repetitive tasks.

You'll work on real client projects from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship native apps (React Native) for clients
• Develop backend APIs and database architectures
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Collaborate on client projects from design to deployment
• Automate your own workflows — we expect you to use AI tools constantly

We're Looking For

Required:

• Solid programming fundamentals
• Problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn fast and ship often
• English proficiency (technical communication)
• AI-first mentality — you already use AI tools in your work

Nice to Have:

• Python
• TypeScript
• React Native
• PostgreSQL / Supabase
• n8n or workflow automation tools
